1. Who we are

prezentr.com (“Prezentr”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Slideograph d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form the agreement between us and you when you use Prezentr, create an account, download templates, use Prezentr Slides or buy Prezentr Pass. By using Prezentr you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What Prezentr offers

Prezentr is a library of presentation templates for PowerPoint, Google Slides and Canva, plus guides and other free resources, and Prezentr Slides, a browser tool that builds and edits presentations with AI. Most of Prezentr is free and supported by advertising. Prezentr Pass is an optional paid upgrade (section 6).

3. Accounts

You can browse and download a limited number of templates without an account. An account is created when you sign in with Google. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

4. Download limits

To keep Prezentr free and fair, downloads may be limited per rolling 24 hours:

without an account: 1 downloads (counted per network);
with a free account: 3 downloads (counted per account);
with Prezentr Pass: 100 downloads (counted per account).

Limits may be rolled out gradually and may change; the limit that applies to you is shown when you reach it. Automated or bulk downloading is not allowed.

5. Template license

Templates remain the intellectual property of Slideograph d.o.o.. When you download a template you may:

use and edit it to create presentations for personal, educational and business purposes;
present, print and share the presentations you create with it.

You may not:

resell, sublicense or redistribute the template files themselves, alone or in bundles, paid or free;
upload them to other template sites or marketplaces, or claim them as your own design;
remove our credits from the files to pass them off as your own templates.

Some templates are inspired by films, shows, games, brands or public figures. They are fan-made designs, not official materials, and are not endorsed by the rights holders. Names, logos and characters belong to their owners. You are responsible for making sure your own use of such material is lawful, especially in commercial settings.

6. Prezentr Pass

Prezentr Pass is a one-off payment for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically and we never charge your card again. When it ends you can renew it at the same price, and we remind you before it ends. The Passes currently offered are:

Prezentr Pass, 6 months: €19, including 1,000 AI credits;
Prezentr Pass, 12 months: €29, including 2,000 AI credits;
Prezentr Pass Pro, 12 months: €49, including 5,000 AI credits;

While a Pass is active, the account that bought it gets:

in Prezentr Slides: unlimited saved decks, editable PowerPoint export without an ad break, client links, video and audio, live polls and calculators, and the highest AI quality setting;
the full versions of premium templates;
up to 100 template downloads per rolling 24 hours;
no advertising on Prezentr while you are signed in to that account.

Buying a Pass while another one is active extends your access from the day the current one ends; the included credits are added right away. The included credits do not expire and stay on your account after the Pass ends. When a Pass ends, your account returns to the free plan; your decks are kept, and decks beyond the free limit stay available to open and edit.

Prices include VAT where it applies and are shown at checkout before you pay; the amount shown is the amount charged. Promotional codes reduce the price as shown at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash. Card payments are processed by Monri Payments (Payten). We never see or store your full card number.

By completing the purchase you ask us to activate the Pass immediately. You can still get a refund under our Refund Policy, which gives you 14 days.

7. Payments and currency

Prezentr Pass and credits are paid by card through the secure Monri payment form on our site. All card payments are charged in euros (EUR). If your card is in another currency, the amount is converted into your local currency by your bank or card scheme at their exchange rate. Because of this conversion, the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the price shown on our website.

The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure that prevents unauthorized access during data transfer. It enables secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized access during communication between the user and the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway, and vice versa. The Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data over their virtual private network (VPN), which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Card numbers are not stored by us and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

We are committed to protecting our customers' personal data: we collect only the basic information about our buyers that we need to fulfil our obligations. We tell our customers how we collect information and give them a choice about how it is used, including whether their name is included in or left out of lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly guarded and available only to the employees who need it to do their job. All our employees and business partners are bound to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.

8. Prezentr Slides, AI and credits (beta)

Prezentr Slides and other AI tools are offered as a beta on an “as is” basis. Their output is generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. Editing slides by hand is free. AI actions are paid for with credits: every account gets 300 free credits once, a Pass includes credits, and more can be bought in credit packs. The cost of an AI action is shown before you send it. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and do not expire. Credit packs are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory law or where an action failed because of an error on our side, in which case the credits for that action are returned automatically.

A free account can keep up to 3 saved decks. On a free account, an editable PowerPoint download starts after a short ad; PDF export has no ad. Features marked with a crown need an active Pass.

You keep the rights to the content you put into Prezentr Slides (your text, pictures, files and any template you upload). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you and to the people you share a deck with. Only upload content you have the right to use.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Prezentr: no attempts to bypass download limits or access controls, no scraping or automated downloading, no attacks on the site, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Complaints and support

For questions, complaints (reklamacije) or refund requests, write to [email protected]. We aim to reply within two business days. If you believe content on Prezentr infringes your rights, contact us at the same address and we will investigate and remove it if the claim is valid.

11. Personal data

We process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Zakon o zaštiti ličnih podataka) and, for users in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details are in our Privacy & Cookies policy.

12. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that mandatory consumer law gives you, including under the Law on Consumer Protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača u BiH), the Law on Internal Trade of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Zakon o unutrašnjoj trgovini FBiH) and, if you live in the European Union, the consumer law of your country. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

13. Legal protection and waiver of liability

You use Prezentr at your own risk. Templates, resources and other services (the “Services”) are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations and warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that: (i) the Services will meet your requirements; (ii) results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable; (iii) any part of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (iv) results obtained from the Services will be secure; or (v) the quality of any template, product or information will meet your expectations. No oral or written guidance or information you receive from us creates a warranty that is not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Slideograph d.o.o. nor its affiliates, suppliers, owners, officers, managers, agents or employees are liable to you for any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, business or opportunity, other monetary loss, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including delay and non-performance. In any case our liability is limited to actual, foreseeable damages and will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify Slideograph d.o.o., its affiliates and their directors, officers and employees against any losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from a claim, action or proceeding brought by a third party because you breached any warranty, representation, covenant or obligation in these Terms, and to hold them harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or of the law.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any new provider of the Services without your prior consent. We will tell Prezentr Pass buyers by e-mail if that happens.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory law, including your rights as a consumer described in section 12.

14. Termination

These Terms apply until they are terminated by you or by us. You can terminate them at any time by telling us that you no longer wish to use the Services, by deleting your account, or by stopping use of the site.

If, in our reasonable judgment, you fail or we suspect that you have failed to comply with these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and deny you access to the Services or any part of them. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. If either of us terminates these Terms, or if we suspend your access, we will not refund amounts you have paid, unless these Terms (including the Refund Policy) or mandatory law provide otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects Prezentr Pass buyers, we will tell them by e-mail before it takes effect.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Sarajevo, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
