Slideograph is a business providing its customers with professionally designed slides, custom made presentation templates, and other presentation templates. Throughout the site, the terms “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Slideograph d.o.o.

(“Company”), a limited liability company incorporated in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and you, or the legal entity you represent, as a customer (“Customer”).
Overview
By visiting our site and/or purchasing and/or downloading something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Formation of Contract
The Company offers various presentation design services, including fixing design, redesign, creating slides from scratch based on drafts provided by the Customer, and graphic design services. The Company also offers virtual digital products, such as custom-made templates based on Customer requirements, premium PowerPoint/Google Slides/Keynote templates, pre-made presentation templates, and premium templates in bundle packages. We will refer to all of these services and products as “Services”.
The Customer places an order by uploading draft slides and/or other documents, choosing the most appropriate plan, and choosing the exact number of slides. A contract for the Company’s sale of the Services is formed when the Company accepts the Customer’s offer in writing.
Services and Delivery
The Company delivers the Services to the deadline agreed upon with the Customer. Upon delivery, the Customer is entitled to one revision of the Services free of charge. Delivery of the Services is made in a .pptx file or in any other formats specified by the Customer.
Subscriptions
The standard subscription plan consists of a certain number of deliverables (Credits). The standard period of validity for subscription plans is 365 days. The subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. The subscription is non-terminable during the subscription period.
Pricing and Availability
The Company shall be available to provide Services for 8 hours per day on business days, Monday to Friday, between 8 am – 10 pm Central European Time. The Company strives to deliver all slides within 48 hours of the time the Customer uploaded their slides.
Payments and Currency
When Services are purchased on a single fixed project basis, the Customer pays per delivery. Payment falls due immediately upon the Customer’s approval of the slides. Customer can pay by wire transfer or by card via a secure payment link. All card payments are affected in BAM currency.
Refunds
If the Customer is not satisfied with the Services, they must notify the Company within 5 business days from the date of delivery, specifying the reasons for dissatisfaction. If the Customer fails to approve or reject the Services within 10 business days after delivery, the Services will be deemed approved.
Digital Goods
For digital goods such as premium templates, buyers pay 100% upfront. If the Customer does not receive the digital goods within 24 hours, they are entitled to a 100% refund. Refund requests for content dissatisfaction should be emailed to [email protected].
Subscription Services
For subscription services, Customers pay upfront for the subscription period. The subscription is non-terminable during the subscription period. If genuinely dissatisfied, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within 30 days from the start of the subscription period.
Prezentr AI & Credits (Beta)
“Prezentr AI” refers to our AI-powered presentation tools, including AI outline generation, slide drafting, chat-based refinement, image sourcing, and .pptx export. Prezentr AI is offered as a beta productand is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Beta status and quality of results
Prezentr AI output is generated automatically by machine-learning systems. You acknowledge and agree that the results may be incomplete, inaccurate, contain errors, or be imperfect in design, wording, layout, or factual content, and may not meet your expectations or requirements. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any generated content before relying on or publishing it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
Third-party and generated imagery
Images and other assets may be sourced from third-party providers or generated automatically. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any images, logos, brand assets, or website content you supply to, or obtain through, the Service for your intended purpose.
Credits
Access to Prezentr AI features is paid for using prepaid “Credits”. Credits are consumed when an AI action is performed (for example, generating an outline or downloading a .pptx). Pricing per action is shown in the app and may change over time. Where an AI action fails due to a technical error on our side, the Credits for that specific action are automatically returned to your balance.
Credits are non-refundable
All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Credits already purchased or consumed are not refundable or exchangeable for money, and dissatisfaction with AI-generated results is not a basis for a refund of purchased or used Credits, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire at the end of their validity period.
Acknowledgement before purchase
Before purchasing Credits you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, that you understand Prezentr AI is a beta product whose results may not be perfect, and that purchased Credits are non-refundable. Completing a Credit purchase constitutes your acceptance of these conditions.

The Company provides customer support via email at [email protected] during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm Central European Time.
Copyright Notice and Intellectual Property
All presentation templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Slideograph d.o.o. These materials are provided under a limited license solely for personal or professional use as specified by your purchase agreement.
Strictly Prohibited Actions:
- Copying, downloading, distributing, reproducing, or reselling the presentation templates in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation may result in the immediate termination of your license and may lead to legal proceedings.
Copyright Infringement Concerns
If you believe that your rights have been infringed upon through any content on our website, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your claim, we will investigate the matter and, if deemed valid, promptly remove the item in question.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall Slideograph d.o.o. be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
